Refund & Return Policy
At Crafty-Panda Store, we take pride in the quality of every item we print. Because most of our products are custom made-to-order, our return policy is designed to be fair for both parties. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that every product will be:
• Printed using the specifications and color you selected.
• Free from major print defects such as severe warping, layer separation, or incomplete prints.
• Packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
2. Eligible Returns
You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following cases:
• The item arrived damaged or broken.
• The item has a major print defect (not cosmetic — minor layer lines are normal).
• You received the wrong item or wrong color/size.
• The item significantly differs from the product description.
To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
The following are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
• Minor cosmetic differences such as slight color variation or surface texture (normal in 3D printing).
• Damage caused by the customer after delivery.
• Custom orders where the customer approved the design before production.
• Items returned without prior approval from our team.
4. How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@crafty-panda.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, you will receive return instructions or a direct replacement/refund.
5. Refund Process
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
• For international orders, refunds may take up to 14 days depending on your bank.
6. Replacements
In many cases, we prefer to offer a free replacement rather than a refund, especially for defective items. Replacements are shipped at no extra cost within 3–5 business days of approval.
7. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
• After 12 hours, if printing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design approval is confirmed.
• To cancel, contact us immediately at support@crafty-panda.com or via WhatsApp.
8. Shipping & Return Shipping
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we will cover return shipping costs.
• If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer bears return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
